Shipping Policy

In-stock orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is the time before your order ships. It is separate from carrier transit time, which begins after shipment.

Customers receive shipment confirmation and tracking information once an order has shipped.

Estimated processing times are provided for convenience and may vary depending on order volume, product availability, payment verification, compliance review, or other circumstances. Processing times are not guaranteed.

Processing Time is the time before the order ships. Transit Time is the estimated carrier delivery time after shipment. These are separate estimates.

Transit estimates do not include order-processing time and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, transit estimates are not delivery guarantees.

Products are packaged using procedures appropriate to the applicable product and shipping requirements. Where applicable, products may be packaged using handling and shipping methods selected based on the product's specified storage and transportation requirements.

Packaging is intended to protect products during ordinary commercial transit. We do not represent that packaging guarantees product stability, potency, purity, sterility, or integrity, and we make no representation regarding validated packaging, cold-chain, or shipping qualifications.

• Carrier tracking information may not update immediately after shipment.

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout, including any apartment or unit number.

If an address is incorrect, incomplete, or missing an apartment or unit number, the carrier may be unable to deliver, and the package may be delayed or returned. Aethelon Biosciences may not be able to modify an address after the order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier. Address changes after shipment, where possible, may result in additional fees or delays.

Aethelon Biosciences is not responsible for carrier losses or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address.

If carrier tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us promptly at contact@aethelonresearch.com. To support an investigation, we may ask you to:

• Verify the shipping address on the order.
• Check the delivery location and any safe-drop areas shown in carrier tracking.
• Check with household members or building management, where applicable.
• Contact the carrier directly regarding the delivery scan.
• Provide additional information reasonably needed for the investigation.

Any resolution will be determined after review and in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law. A refund or replacement is not automatic for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

If tracking indicates that a shipment may be lost, significantly delayed, or incorrectly delivered, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate.

Aethelon Biosciences may work with the applicable carrier to investigate. Possible resolutions may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution where warranted and consistent with company policy and applicable law. We do not guarantee a particular outcome.

Customers should contact us promptly if a shipment arrives visibly damaged. Where appropriate, please provide:

• Your order number.
• A description of the damage.
• Photos of the outer packaging.
• Photos of the product packaging.
• Any other information reasonably necessary to investigate.

Claims are reviewed under our Returns & Refund Policy. A replacement or refund is not automatic; eligibility is determined under that policy and applicable law.

Some products specify refrigerated or frozen storage requirements on their product page. Applicable products: Products whose product page specifies refrigerated or frozen storage requirements.

Where applicable, these products may be packaged using handling and shipping methods selected based on the product's specified storage and transportation requirements. We do not represent that temperature-sensitive shipments use validated cold-chain procedures, and we make no representation regarding temperature integrity during transit. Storage and handling guidance provided on each product page should be followed upon receipt.

Packages may be returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, customer unavailability, carrier restrictions, or other delivery failures.

Where a package is returned to us, a refund of the product value (less shipping costs, where applicable) may be available, subject to review under our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law. Reshipping may be available at the customer's expense where appropriate. A refund is not guaranteed in every circumstance.

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment where permitted by company procedures. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may not be possible; for delivered orders, our Returns & Refund Policy may apply.

Aethelon Biosciences may cancel or refuse an order when necessary because of applicable law, shipping restrictions, payment issues, fraud-prevention measures, product availability, compliance concerns, incorrect information, destination restrictions, or company policies. Where an order is cancelled by us, any applicable refund will be handled according to the company's refund procedures and applicable law.

Aethelon Biosciences does not ship to destinations where the sale, shipment, delivery, possession, or other applicable transaction involving a product is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, carrier requirements, or company policy.

Aethelon Biosciences reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or delay an order where we reasonably determine that shipment may create a legal, regulatory, carrier, payment, fraud, or compliance concern.

We do not represent that we have identified every jurisdiction whose laws may restrict a particular shipment. Customers are responsible for the lawful receipt of products as described below.

Aethelon Biosciences currently ships only to eligible destinations within the United States.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for ensuring that products they order may lawfully be purchased, received, possessed, and used for their intended lawful research purposes in the applicable destination.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy authorizes any particular use of any product. See our Research-Use-Only Product Policy for our position on intended use.

Orders may be delayed, cancelled, or refused when necessary to address payment verification, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, chargeback risk, identity or account concerns, shipping restrictions, or regulatory or compliance concerns.

We may request the minimum information reasonably necessary to verify an order. We do not require customers to provide unnecessary sensitive information.

Shipping estimates can be affected by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, holidays, transportation interruptions, government actions, customs, labor disruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control.
