Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our research products, returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items reported after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

A "defective" item means a legitimate product or packaging issue identified upon receipt, such as a manufacturing defect, a compromised vial or seal, or an item that does not match the product ordered.

"Defective" does not include dissatisfaction with experimental results, research outcomes, or the failure of any research activity to achieve a particular result. Because all products are supplied solely for laboratory research purposes, research outcomes are not a basis for a return, replacement, or refund.

• Opened, reconstituted, altered, or partially used products.
• Products returned without prior authorization.
• Items reported after the 48-hour reporting window.
• Products that cannot lawfully be returned or shipped back under applicable law.

• Email contact@aethelonresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number and a description of the issue.
• Attach clear photos of the product and packaging for damaged or incorrect items.

To investigate a claim, we may request reasonable photos, documentation, or, where appropriate, the return of the affected product. Providing the information reasonably needed to review a claim helps us respond promptly. Our team reviews claims and responds, typically within 1-2 business days.

For approved claims, Aethelon Biosciences may provide a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances and product availability. A replacement is not guaranteed in every circumstance.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

For approved claims of damaged or incorrect items, return shipping (where required) is covered by us. For all other situations, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

We review all claims in good faith. Nothing in this policy prohibits legitimate customer payment disputes. However, refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally deceptive may be denied, and Aethelon Biosciences may restrict or terminate accounts involved in such activity, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.

A replacement, refund, or other resolution provided under this policy does not necessarily constitute an admission of fault or liability by Aethelon Biosciences, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws. Where a specific law conflicts with this policy, that law controls to the extent of the conflict.
