Legal & Regulatory Request Policy

We may cooperate with valid legal, regulatory, law-enforcement, subpoena, court-order, or other governmental requests as required by applicable law. This policy describes how such requests are submitted and handled.

Requests should be submitted in writing to contact@aethelonresearch.com and should include the legal basis for the request, the jurisdiction, the specific information or action requested, and the requester's name, agency, and contact information. Where a request is served by mail, use: Aethelon Biosciences, [COMPANY MAILING ADDRESS].

Requests are reviewed by qualified personnel. We may seek clarification, confirm the validity and scope of the legal process, obtain legal review, or object to requests that are improper, invalid, or overbroad. We respond as required by applicable law and only provide information that a valid request lawfully requires.

Where we are permitted by law to do so, we may notify affected customers before responding to a request, unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

Nothing in this policy implies that we hold any regulatory registration, approval, license, or relationship with any government agency. We make no representation regarding regulatory relationships that do not exist.
